Tumbling is one of 4 components in the Trampoline Gymnastics discipline and is a newly created competitive stream at Saints Gym Club. Tumblers perform two passes demonstrating sequences of forward, backward and sideward skills, rotating from hands to feet and feet to feet.
Competition gymnasts are selected to trial in the first instance from our Recreational classes and if they demonstrate the necessary skills and commitment they will be asked to join the Competition Stream.
Attendance is expected at all training sessions. Makeup classes are not available and no refund will be issued for missed sessions.
